As of Monday, May 4, we are pleased to reopen our offices and our ambulatory surgery center for regular business hours. Our optical shops are open as well.
We will continue to carefully screen everyone to include taking staff, patient, and visitor temperatures upon entrance at each location. Any patient or visitor with a temperature above 100.4 will not be allowed to enter the office.
We will continue to screen 100% of patients when you call for an appointment, and/or at each of our front desk locations. You will be asked the following questions: Do you have, or have you had:
- Upper respiratory infection
- Shortness of breath
- Cold or flu
- Nausea or vomiting
- Have you traveled to a high-risk area in the last 14 days, or have you been in close contact with anyone that has traveled or is symptomatic?
Please let us know if you prefer to wait in your car when you are checking in. We can call or text you when the technician is ready to take you back for your visit with the provider. In addition, we will continue to limit each patient to one caregiver if necessary. Otherwise, we continue to ask that you are the only person to enter the building for your appointment.
All patients are strongly encouraged to wear a mask to their appointment.
Rest assured, we will do everything in our power to keep you, your family, and our team healthy. We truly appreciate your help in accomplishing this goal and are certain that together, we will be able to provide both the safe environment and the quality care that you have come to expect from Jervey Eye Group.
Thank you for your understanding. If you have any questions, please call our office at 864-458-3900.
